Side Events
Side events provided a platform for national, regional, and local governments, civil society organizations, parliamentarians, research and academia, grassroots organizations, women, children and youth, business and industries, foundations and philanthropies, professionals, trade unions and workers, farmers, indigenous people, media and older persons, as well as intergovernmental organizations to present research, projects, or networks on housing and sustainable urban development. Lasting an hour long for each one, side events were an opportunity to share data, knowledge, and initiatives in an effort to advance on the implementation of sustainable urban development in cities and towns around the globe.
