Secretary Ministry Of Urban Development And Housing Mexico City MexicoHe holds an honours degree in architecture from the School of Engineering and Architecture attached to Mexico's National Polytechnic Institute (IPN), together with a Master's in City Planning from Mexico's National Autonomous University (UNAM) and a Master's in Construction and Real Estate Company Management from Madrid's Polytechnic University (UPM). In the public sector, he has served as adviser to Mexico City’s Head of Government, Miguel Angel Mancera; Director of Urban Development for the Mexico City government; Head of the Planning and Real Estate Investment Division of the Mexican Social Security Institute; Deputy Director of land use and lot development; and Host Cities Coordinator for the Federal Public Administration's National Territorial Deconcentration Program. He is currently Secretary of Housing and Urban Development at the Federal District of Mexico, he is President of the Association of Engineers and Architects of Mexico and professor at the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
