Practitioner of sustainable integrated urban and territorial development, Maruxa is Founder & Coordinator of Communitas; a multi-stakeholder project which pioneered knowledge-based advocacy for the SDG on Cities & Human Settlements. In 2010-2012, Maruxa co-facilitated the engagement of subnational and local governments in the Rio +20 process.
