Cezar Busatto is the Secretary for Local Governance of Porto Alegre, Brazil. He has held numerous senior positions, including State Assemblyman, Chief of Staff for the Rio Grande do Sul State Government and Secretary of the Treasury of Rio Grande do Sul. Currently, Mr. Busatto is the official responsible for the participatory budgeting in its native city.
