While experts on metropolitan governance will gather in Montréal in early October for the second Habitat III “thematic meeting”, online users can weigh in on the issue through 2 October. The Urban Dialogues online platform has opened its latest debate on metropolitan areas, to be moderated by Philippe Rivet, a research consultant at the Montreal Metropolitan Community (CMM in French), which will host the thematic meeting on 6-7 October.
