Angola: Urbanisation Minister to Attend Habitat III Conference

An Angolan delegation led by minister of Urbanisation and Housing, Branca Manuel da Costa Neto do Espirito Santos, will attend the 3rd UN Conference on Sustainable Urban Development (Habitat III) on 17 - 21 this month in Quito, Ecuador.
