During Habitat III conference, top officials like President Rafael Correa and Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki moon could see the infrastructure of houses in models, their finishing touches and furniture these are fitted with as part of the “Juntos Por Ti” plan which gives houses to people with disabilities in the provinces of Esmeraldas and Manabí.
