19 Cities Report Documented Reductions in Greenhouse-Gas Emissions

UN-Habitat has now developed a list of cities worldwide reporting that they’ve done just that — they’ve actually reduced their absolute tonnage of emissions compared with a previous base year. A new analysis by the agency’s Robert Kehew and Faderr Johm finds that 19 cities can make that claim and prove it with publicly available information.
