Thomas Pichler

Thomas Pichler is the CEO of the internationally operating company Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH. He started working with the Doppelmayr Group in 1988 as specialist engineer for industrial electronics. After working in the commissioning of ropeways and project management, he took over the Sales Management for Italy as authorized representative in 2001. In September 2015, he became a member of the Management Board of Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH at their headquarters in Wolfurt.

The Doppelmayr/Garaventa Group is world market leader in ropeway engineering and develops solutions for the operation of rope-propelled transport systems that meet individual customer requirements. The Doppelmayr/Garaventa Group covers the entire project cycle – from the development of a transport concept, through the initial installation down to the operation of completed ropeway systems.
