Member Of Council Board PeruWith long experience at the level of National Government and Local Government for more twenty years, in senior executive positions as adviser at the Ministry of Justice, adviser at the Ministry of Education, advisor to the Minister's Office and National Director in the Ministry of Women Affairs and Development, Member of the High Commission to “Study the Football-hooligans phenomenon” lead by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Member of the Technical Advisory Group of the Special Commission on Indigenous Peoples and principal advisor to the Technical Secretariat of the Commission of Youth in the National Parliament of the Republic. Also, in the political spheres, she was founder member of the National Agreement on Governance in the period of democratic transition. Recently was Member of Council Board of the Public Charity System in the Metropolitan Area ( Beneficencia Pública de Lima). As expert and speaker in the international spheres, has been involved in several initiatives and spaces of UN, as UN Alliance of Civilizations to fostering cross-cultural understanding and building Peace, Latin-American delegate to official launched of Global UN Campaign Safer Cities and member of advisory technical group to the UN Habitat Safer Cities Campaign. Awarded as WomenpeaceMaker by J.B.Kroc Peace & Justice Institute (Univ. San Diego-CA) is promoting the UN Security Council Resolutions 1325 and others, and was member of the first mission of Club de Madrid in Latin-American region to UNSC implementation process. Has participated in the sessions of the UN CSW, and others events of UNWOMEN, ECLAC, etc. Also is member of Council Board of global network Huairou Commission. In the Hab3 process, is contributing with the UTC URBANTHINKERCAMPUS Peru-México (30 cities and communities in both countries), and as expert of UP3.
