Dr. Modjadji Malahlela is the Executive Manager: Urban Development Planning in the Department of Cooperative Governance. She is responsible for, among other duties, coordinating the development of South Africa’s Integrated Urban Development Framework (IUDF). Prior to joining DCOG, Modjadji served as Deputy Director: Planning Coordination for Limpopo Office of the Premier; Director: Planning and Development in Polokwane Municipality; and Regional Executive Director in the City of Tshwane.
