Marie Ottoson

Marie Ottosson is the Assistant Director General, International Organisations and Policy support (INTEM), at the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, with the mandate to carry out thematic/global strategies, contribute to the Sida’s disciplinary knowledge through ongoing business intelligence and analytical results, and contribute to Sida’s expert support to the government, including multilateral cooperation. She has over twenty years of experience in various positions with the Swedish government, including multiple roles at Sida, as well as Deputy Head of Mission for the Embassy of Sweden in Vietnam and Senior Auditor with the Swedish National Audit Office. Ms Ottosson has also worked as an auditor for the European Union for almost seven years, where she was auditing the Commission.
