Jacqueline Moustache-Belle

She studied journalism, radio and television production in France, USA and Mauritius. She attended a course for Commonwealth Diplomats and on public relations. She has worked in the Ministry of Planning and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Tourism and Transport, Seychelles Broadcasting Company and National Arts Council. Since 2012, she is Mayor of Victoria and President of the Association of Districts of Victoria.
