Guayaquilean economist specializing in International Economic Relations and Cooperation. She completed postgraduate studies in Social Policy and Governance and Political Management, and Public Budgets with a gender perspective. She has spent the last fifteen years of his professional life to the negotiation and management of international relations, specializing in international cooperation and implementation of development projects. She led the Technical Secretariat for International Cooperation, governing body of public policy and international attached cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility from September 2009 to where it is designated as Coordinating Minister of Social Development March 2016.
