Brenda is a Colombian Sociologist and MSc. in Urban Development and International Cooperation from the Institute d’Urbanisme de Grenoble (France) and the Technische Universität Darmstadt (Germany). Her 10 years of professional experience combine technical, managerial and advising roles, mostly serving local governments, development agencies and NGOs across Latin-American and Asian cities. Her main areas of work are urban poverty, affordable housing, neighborhood upgrading, climate change mitigation and adaptation and sustainable urban mobility. She a cause-driven professional working for the construction of equitable, inclusive and sustainable cities.
