President And Professor Raymond Lemaire International Centre For Conservation /KU Leuven Japan

President & professor at Raymond Lemaire International Centre for Conservation of Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (RLICC/KU Leuven) since 2010 after 30 years service in UNHCR and UNESCO. From human settlements of refugee camps, her interest grew in vernacular architecture then to heritage cities, along side her continuous query on culture and development. She was Deputy Director, UNESCO World Heritage Centre, then Director, UNESCO Regional Office in Delhi.
