Talk with the United Nations – Urban Edge photographic project

Join this informal talk to know more about some of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) activities related to sustainable urban development and the implementation of the New Urban Agenda.   The discussion will focus on the use of photographs to depict a glimpse of the enormous range of variables including density, diversity and connectivity and how these influence urban quality of life in six selected cities. These cities are distributed across six major world zones. In each city, a visual exploration of the linkages between people and physical features in areas where the elements were most evident.
