Chan Thou Chea

Mr. CHEA Chan Thou has over 27 years of experience working at senior management level with national government related to agriculture, environment and climate change. He has actively contributed and participated in many activities related to climate change in Cambodia including the development of policies, strategies, action plans and researches. He is currently Director of Department of Science and Technology under the National Council for Sustainable Development, Ministry of Environment of Cambodia.
