Undersecretary Of Information Society And E-government From The Ministry Of Telecommunications And Information Society MINTEL Ecuador

Juan Carlos Jaramillo Camino is the Undersecretary of Information Society and E-government from the Ministry of Telecommunications and information Society - MINTEL. He previously served as the Director of Telecommunications and ICT Technologies in MINTEL by generating policies towards building a sustainable communications environment for citizens. 

Currently, he is also the CEO of the technological enterprise TIC Partner,  He holds a Degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Systems from "Escuela Politécnica Nacional", as a well as a Diploma in Business Administration from TEC Monterrey.
