Atupele Muluzi

Muluzi is a graduate of the University of Leicester, United Kingdom in Economics and Law, and the College of Law in London. 
He was first elected to parliament in 2004 and continues to represent the Machinga North East constituency.  Muluzi was appointed in 2012 as Minister of Economic Planning and Development, In June 2014, Muluzi was appointed as Minister of Natural Resources, Energy, and Mining, moving to the post of Minister of Home Affairs and Internal Security on 10 April 2015. He was again moved, this time to the post of Minister of Lands, Housing and Urban Development, in August 2015.
