Urban Agenda to Top African Heads of State Summits

AHEAD of the Third United Nations Conference on Housing and Sustainable Urban Development (Habitat III) in Quito, Ecuador in October 2016, African Heads of State plan to take a common position, and focus attention to the subject of urbanisation at their next two Summits to be held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and Kigali, Luanda.
